We have accomplished numerous improvements for our residents and businesses in the last 10 years. This has strengthened North Fayette's reputation as a great place to live, work and raise a family. I am asking for your support so we can continue to improve our infrastructure, recreation opportunities, public safety and maintain fiscal responsibility.

Bob knows you work hard for your income, and works to ensure your tax dollars are spent responsibly and not wasted. The tax millage has been flat at 3.29 millage since the reassessment in 2013.
During the last ten years Bob limited government spending at the township to a modest 3.3% annual increase from 2013 to 2023. In order to keep spending within that modest range several cost saving initiatives were utilized:
1. Early retirement incentives and consolidation of positions at the township
2. Consolidation of billing with WACMA
3. Consolidation of Police Dispatch with Allegheny County 9-1-1 Dispatch
4. The Joint Paving Program with neighboring municipalities (Moon, Collier & Crescent) which resulted in a bulk price discount for road paving

As a father of young children, Bob understand the importance of providing opportunities for our children to learn and grow.
Bob has worked to secure funding for the community library which allows them to offer the enrichment programs at their location on Bateman Road.
Bob has worked with the Recreation Department to maintain preschool, after school and summer camp programs for our children.

Bob helped designate North Fayette Township as an Agricultural Security Area ("ASA") in 2013 with the participation of local farmers that had over 250 acres of farmland throughout the township. This has been a huge benefit to the farmers that still call North Fayette Township their home and place of operation.
The ASA is a special designation recognized by the state of Pennsylvania (PA Act 43 of 1981) that allows farmers in our community to apply for grants to improve their farming, equipment and also incentivizes farmers to continue in their farming trade instead of selling their property to developers.
The ASA also protects farmers from nuisance laws and allows them to continue operating in the manner they have for so many decades.
Farming is essential to our current way life and a rich part of our heritage in North Fayette Township, and as a supervisor worked hard to ensure our farms are protected and supported.

Bob expanded the LERTA program which allows new business development to phase in taxes over a five year period. This helps development when costs are highest during the initial investment phase.
Businesses have been able to expand and come to North Fayette, including the Burns Scalo Development currently housing Connective Rx, and the LERTA aided in their decision to locate and create jobs in our community.

Many seniors are on a fixed income and Bob has worked to expand tax credits for seniors under the Allegheny County Act 77 Property Tax Relief program.
Currently, seniors that have lived in their home for 10 years and have taxable income under the required thresholds are eligible for a 65% reduction in their township taxes.

Bob has a Vision for the Future of North Fayette.

A bright future begins with sound finances. As the nation enters a recession, prudent fiscal policies are needed to maintain our current tax rate of 3.29 millage and avoid taking more tax dollars from the public.
Leveraging his background as a CPA and small business owner, Bob will continue to drive innovation at the township in an effort to run the township as efficient as possible and ensure infrastructure and public safety services are provided to the community.
Bob has also laid out a plan to continue expansion of the Senior Tax Relief Program from its current discount of 65% to a 100% discount. This will provide tax relief to the most fragile members of our community.
Recreation is a vital part of daily life and parks can serve as a gathering place to foster community.
Bob is leading the re-investment in the Hankey Farms Community through the development of the Hankey Farms Park.
Bob is working to expand connectivity from our neighborhoods to the local parks and bike trails

Infrastructure is a vital part of our way of life. Whether you’re driving to the grocery store, driving to work, or operating your business. We all rely on roads to get us where we need to be, and North Fayette Township is no exception.
In order to continue to attract and retain the great residents and businesses that call North Fayette home, infrastructure is needed.
Bob’s plan improve our infrastructure includes:
Development of North Fayette Boulevard.
This road will connect Cliff Mine Road to Chauvet Drive (between Target and Levin Furniture)
This will spur economic development while decreasing congestion at the Pointe at North Fayette.
This will aid existing businesses in retaining customers and employees and improve the quality of life for residents with less traffic in the commercial district.
Adding sidewalks to the Pointe at North Fayette
A strong business district needs walkability for employees and customers.
North Fayette has secured a $750,000 grant to invest in sidewalks in the Pointe at North Fayette.
Increase our Residential Paving Program through larger bulk savings with expansion of the Joint Paving Program.
Making investments in the Pointe at North Fayette to retain commercial tenants and provide job opportunities with additional development.
Bob will continue to champion the streamlining of regulations and the tax LERTA program to help incent business development in the community which creates jobs for all backgrounds.
Active recruitment of business development will be vital as North Fayette Boulevard is completed and Bob has a strong record of working with developers to ensure the community grows and the growth is sustainable for the current infrastructure.
